Support from this company is basically non-existent. I'm trying to build a web page, but the server keeps crashing. It takes ages for them to reply to support tickets—sometimes up to two weeks! Really poor service, and honestly, a terrible company.

Let me start by saying this is a genuine review of 2CO host after just 4 days of use. As a blogger and web developer with around 8 years in the game and 5 years on VPS, I thought I’d give them a shot. I switched to them for their unlimited traffic offer and bought their VPS300 plan for nearly $60, which promised 10 CPU cores. However, after moving my site that gets about 18,000 visitors daily, the server kept crashing every 5 minutes, and the CPU usage was maxed out. I was hitting around 100% CPU load!

In contrast, my previous host had only 6 CPU cores, and it never even came close to being overloaded. From what I can tell, 2CO host doesn’t have the up-to-date hardware needed to handle high traffic sites.

The worst part? After I canceled my service on the 7th day, they informed me that they don’t offer refunds. Seriously, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I really wanted to respond to 2CO’s comment below, but I can’t find a reply button. If you’re reading this, I’m now with another hosting provider that has just 6 CPU cores, and everything is running smoothly. You guys really need to step up your game. Also, all the other sites I moved to your server were not loading properly either.
